Ramp Burger Sliders
Roseboro Farm ground beef blended with locally picked wild ramps and onion, grilled and topped with smoky cheddar and prize-winning local bacon. Served on a toasted slider bun with onion rings or fresh coleslaw.
Shepherd’s Pie
Local lamb from Renick Meats, braised with carrots and peas from Hidden Creek Farms in a rich gravy. Topped with ramp mashed potatoes and finished with a hearty beef gravy made from Roseboro Farm stock.
Maple Bourbon Beef Tips
Roseboro Farm beef tips slow-cooked in bourbon with Hillsboro Maple Works dark maple glaze. Served over creamy mashed potatoes with Hidden Creek Farms carrots.
Irish Stout Chocolate Cake
A rich chocolate cake made with Weathered Ground’s Enniskillen Irish stout and topped with cream cheese frosting.
