Cranberry Shindig

Celebrate the 30th year of the Cranberry Mountain Shindig and 50 years of the Cranberry Mountain Nature Center. This traditional Appalachian festival features live folk dancing, music, artisans, and the start of the fall color season. This year, music will be provided by Jake Krake and the Bing Brothers. Local authors and artisans will be demonstrating and set up selling their wares which include blacksmithing, spinning, fly tying, maple syrup, woodwork, fudge, soap, and much more. Food will be provided by the Pocahontas Community Club. Everything in the Cranberry Mountain Nature Center store will be 20% off.
