Come explore the plants and fungi of our region; their traditional roots and their place in modern wellness. You’ll make and take home your own herbal preparations: a tincture, a tea, and a salve.
Join us for a mindful harvest walk, a tour of the YMC forest farm, and time in the woods for forest bathing and movement-based healing.
Our knowledgeable presenters will share how responsibly sourced herbal medicine supports personal and community well-being.
