Mountain Medicine Weekend

From forest-farmed botanicals to mushrooms to field-grown herbs, learn about a diversity of traditions surrounding the biodiversity of our Appalachian region in this two-day workshop.

This weekend features interactive workshops, guided walks, presentations, great food, and live music—offering great opportunities to learn in a fun and friendly community.

Our presenters are Jon Lamastra–Medicinal Mushrooms- make and take, Ruby Daniels–Afrolachian Traditions, and Susan Leopold giving a keynote talk on The Lost Schools of Eclectic Medicine and Early American Mountain Doctors.
