Journey to the YMC sugar bush for free tours of the maple operation hosted by our Forest Farming Coordinator, Will Lewis. Our conversations will flow from sap run conditions, tapping specifics, to collection.
Satisfy your maple cravings with endless stacks of fluffy pancakes drenched in local maple syrup! Pair your pancakes with a mouthwatering selection of sides: crispy bacon and sausage from Swift Level Fine Meats, golden potatoes, and fluffy scrambled local eggs.
