Mushroom Foray

Follow Yew Mountain Center’s expert mushroom hunters as they lead participants in a mushroom foray. Discover the beauty and diversity of fungi in the forest. Back at the Yew Mountain Lodge, sort and identify the bounty. Sample sautéed safe species if you dare (and if you signed the waiver.) In the evening, enjoy a dinner where freshly foraged mushrooms are the highlight of the dish.
