Appalachian traditional artist and broom maker, Brenda Harman, will hold two amazing mini workshops teaching the art of making Pot Scrubbers. Discover the art of traditional broom making with a modern twist. In this hands-on workshop you’ll learn to create durable and eco-friendly pot scrubbers using natural materials. Perfect for beginners, this class will guide you thro the basics of broom making, including selecting materials, shaping the scrubbers and binding techniques. By the end of the session you’ll have your own handcrafted pot scrubber to take home as well as the skills to make more! Join us for a fun, practical, and sustainable crafting experience.
