2. Marlinton Creek & Trail Campground

The Marlinton Creek & Trail Campground is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts wanting proximity to recreational opportunities. Spread across a lush three-acre field, the campground features six sites with full RV hookups, picnic tables and fire rings. It borders Knapps Creek, the Greenbrier River and the Greenbrier River Trail, making it a central hub for hiking, biking and fishing adventures. The campground is within walking distance of downtown Marlinton, allowing easy access to local dining and shopping.


3. Eaden in the Alleghenies

Slow down and enjoy the peaceful surroundings at Eaden in the Alleghenies, nestled between Brown and Marlin mountains. This retreat spans 13 acres of serenity, offering nine RV sites with full hookups and tent campsites along Brown’s Creek. Amenities include a bathhouse, laundry facilities, a spacious dining hall with a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, picnic tables and fire rings. For those seeking more comfort, hotel rooms and a bunkhouse are also available. 


4. East Fork Campground

​​Located in Durbin, East Fork Campground sits along the East Fork of the Greenbrier River amidst the Allegheny Mountains. This equine-friendly campground features full RV hook-up sites, riverside tent camping and overnight stables. Located near Bartow, it provides easy access to attractions like Cass Scenic Railroad State Park and Green Bank Observatory. The campground is a gateway to the challenging 8-mile East Fork Trail #365 and the more leisurely 1.8-mile Smoke Camp Trail #324. 6. Boyer Station Campground

Embark on a journey to park in the tranquil beauty of Boyer Station Campground, nestled in the heart of the northern end of the county.
